Precision Contractor Construction Operations, a veteran-owned Poughkeepsie contractor since 1978, has renovated several commercial spaces in its own downtown buildings and is offering them for lease.
25 Market St: a furnished ground-floor office of about 3,522 SF, across from the Dutchess County Courthouse and next door to the Bardavon.
