Career Action Center Launches the Youth Entrepreneur Program
The Career Action Center is proud to present our newly launched Youth Entrepreneur Program (YEP). In collaboration with the City of Poughkeepsie’s Youth Activities and Opportunity Grant Program, the Youth Entrepreneur Program is designed to provide local area youth with foundational knowledge and essential leadership skills needed to develop original business ventures within their local community in preparation for today’s workforce.

Black History – An Everyday Celebration in Dutchess County
Every year in February, Workforce Development Center Program Participants lead a project dedicated to black history. This year, participants sought within their own communities to identify mission-driven leaders who are currently making their mark in black history.
