DESCRIPTION:Tom   Tapas Bar and Restaurant will be hosting\, "A Tribute to the Hudson Valley"\,  March 14th thru 16th\, 2016\, beginning at 6.30.  This celebration invites you to experience where we live\, work and share.  Each night a meal will be prepared using featured local products.  Representatives will explain to guests the uniqueness and history of the product along with Chef Tom  ' recipes.  In the name of giving\, we will honor a different local charity each night and provide them with a portion of the proceeds.  Local. Local.
