The program will cover basic anatomy of the back including vertebrae\, vertebral discs\, spinal nerves\, muscles\, tendons and ligaments\; body mechanics\, how movement and posture can affect a person's back\; and common types of back injuries and how these can be prevented.\n\nBooklets on back safety will be available for purchase for $10.00.
