Donors must have ID\, weigh at least 110 lbs.\, be in good health\, and be sure to eat and drink before donating. \n\nDonors will receive a goodie bag filled with donations from local businesses including All Sport Health and Fitness\, Bagel World\, Dairy Queen\, Dunkin' Donuts\, Foam and Wash Car Wash\, Outback Steakhouse\, and Oil Change Plus.\n\nWe encourage everyone to pre-register for this event by either stopping by the Guardian Self Storage in Wappingers or calling 1-800-688-0900.
