Stepping Stone 12pm-4pm Country Line Dancing Instruction by Alan Kohn & THE COWBOY BEAT | 6pm-10pm Dust off those boots and come ready to dance\, regardless of age or experience! Dancers will on the floor to provide guidence all included in admission. Bonfire and S'mores | 6pm-10pm We'll light up a bonfire at 6pm and will provide smore kits for purchase to craft this classic summer treat. Fishkill Farms Grill | 11am-8pm The Fishkill Farms Grill will be serving up a delicious selection of lunch and dinner options. Some menu items include: -Jamaican Jerk Chicken -Ribs with Chef Rohan's Secret Rib Sauce -Grass-fed Hamburgers & Cheese Burgers -Hot Dogs -Macaroni & Cheese -Fishkill Farm's Mixed Greens Treasury Cider Garden | 12pm-9:30pm | Age 21+ Enjoy a cold glass of Fishkill Farms' very own hard cider made entirely with our own apple crop!
