DESCRIPTION:On behalf of Arthur May Redevelopment and PAZ Management\, the remaining desks and chairs from the old Arthur May Elementary School will be donated to the public this week. Furniture will be available for FREE to the public on Thursday\, October 1st\, 2020 from 5-7pm at 25 Raymond Ave\, Poughkeepsie\, NY (the former Arthur May Elementary School). Desks\, tables and chairs (more desks and tables than chairs)\, all "previously loved" will be donated as-is\, with no warranties\, on a first come-first served basis. The hope is that they can find new homes in the community. Social distancing practices will be strictly observed on site. Anyone interested will be asked to wait in your car until you are invited to come out by a staffer/volunteer. Visitors must be wearing masks\, keep social distance\, sign a waiver\, and be able to take the items away that evening. The rain date will be October 6.
