DESCRIPTION:The Hopewell Depot Restoration Corporation will be holding a Grand Opening / Ribbon Cutting ceremony for our new replica 1892 Interlocking Tower on May 20\, 2016.\nEvent will begin at 10am with the ribbon cutting at noon.\nThe new Tower has been built with all volunteer labor and generous contributions from our supporters.  It will serve to enhance the historic value of the Hopewell Depot site and provide indoor\, flushing restrooms for both Depot visitors and William R Steinhaus Dutchess County Rail Trail users.\nHopewell Depot Restoration Corp. is a privately owned 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the preservation of and education about the history of Hopewell Junction and the Railroads of Dutchess County and New England.

LOCATION:36 Railroad Av.\, HOPEWELL JUNCTION\, Ne 12533 Approaching Hopewell Junction from the north\, NY Rt. 376 takes a very sharp right by the Hopewell Inn. Stop\, look carefully\, and turn left at that point onto Railroad Avenue. The Depot is about 600 feet ahead on the right at the southern end of the Dutchess County Rail Trail.
