DESCRIPTION:Wappingers Falls\, NY   (11/20/16)   Hudson Valley residents Diego Martin and Michael Shishmanian are combing their passion for tattooing\, the arts and community by hosting an event to benefit the Poughkeepsie High School Art Club on Sunday\, November 20\, 2016. Throughout the month of November\, Hudson Valley Tattoo Co. has been receiving monetary and art supply donations to benefit the Poughkeepsie High School Art Club\, an organization that serves high school students from the City of Poughkeepsie High School who are passionate about the creative arts industry. "Art is a form of expression that should be accessible to all children\, regardless of their socioeconomic background\," said Hudson Valley Co. owner Diego Martin. "We are bringing together local business owners who are all artists in their own craft to ensure that the art students at Poughkeepsie High School have the supplies they need to explore their passions and have an outlet to express themselves." Tattooing will be available from 10 a.m.   5 p.m.\, with all proceeds benefiting the Poughkeepsie High School Art Club. Around 6pm Guests will then be treated to culinary delights prepared by West Main Kitchen Bar\, beer from North River Hops and Brewing\, and music from DJ Sindrum. Throughout the day and evening (and also until December 18\, 2016)\, Hudson Valley Tattoo Co. will also be collecting the following art supplies:   Sharpies of all sizes and colors   Stretched canvases   Sketch Books   Paint Brushes   Spray Paint   Scissors   Pencil Sharpeners   Colored Duct Tape   Liquid Watercolors   Masking Tape   Paper   Construction Paper   Pencils   Tag Board   Red Earthenware Clay   Rubber Stamps   And anything else!
