Experts Alyson Chugerman\, a Certified Holistic Health Counselor and April Dearden\, a Health and Wellness Coach will offer tips on how to take the guess work out of good nutrition.\n\n \n\nChugerman\, founder and owner of Attain True Health\, will teach how to cook once and eat for a week through effective meal preparation. Dearden\, owner of New Normal Lifestyle\, will provide a pantry list and healthy snack ideas as well as an equipment-free workout.\n\n \n\nLearn what\, when\, and how much to eat as well as the Triangle of Wellness creating healthy habits to start the New Year off right.\n\n \n\nEvents of the Health & Wellness Committee are sponsored by Health Quest.
