DESCRIPTION:The American Cancer Society's 4th Annual Hudson Valley Birthday Bash\, will be held on Friday\, October 24\, 2014 at Anthony's Pier 9 in New Windsor.  This fun evening\, known this year as the ''Monster Bash\,'' will feature a fun\, Halloween-themed event with an extended cocktail hour\, silent auction\, sit down dinner\, DJ\, dancing and more.  This is a party with an important purpose: to scare away cancer and save lives.  \nThis year\, we are proud to honor Walden Savings Bank and Mid Hudson Medical Group for their strong commitments to the Hudson Valley community and to the fight against cancer.  We will present our Volunteer Recognition Award to Drs. Uma and Shanti Mishra for their tremendous volunteer efforts and dedication to the American Cancer Society's mission.  \n\nThis party with a purpose raises funds for cancer research and patient services like Hope Lodge\, Road to Recovery\, Patient Service Center and Look Good…Feel Better\, which benefit cancer patients here in the Hudson Valley community.  \n\nFor more information\, please visit www.thebirthdaybash.org
