DESCRIPTION:The annual John Iyoya Children's Art Show will be hosted at Vassar College from March 26-31 in the Palmer Gallery. There are more than 200 artworks in the showcase\, all by Hudson Valley nursery\, elementary\, and middle school students. The show is sponsored by the Education Department at Vassar\, in order to promote children's interests in the visual arts and encourage their use of the arts to express themselves. The exhibit is free and open to the public\, as is a March 26 reception in the gallery beginning at 2:00pm.
