Following a brief summary of Bechtel and its customers Advanced Power and Cricket Valley Energy\, Collins will give a detailed description of the Cricket Valley Energy Center. The presentation will highlight areas where technology and innovation are being applied and will outline Bechtel?s approach to the sustainability of local communities as part of the project?s execution as well as how the company utilizes diversity to support this project and the business? overall success.\n\n\n\nPlease be aware that due to the possibility of activism around the venue\, we suggest arriving early and being prepared for security measures Wednesday morning. We also reserve the right to check bags of all attendees prior to entering the event.\n\n \n\nSponsored by RBT CPAs\, LLP\n\n\n\nNonprofits: Dutchess County Historical Society\, Kiwanis Club of Poughkeepsie\, and Mid-Hudson Workshop for the Disabled\, Inc.\n\n\n\n\n\nAs you all know\, there are many people in need of our assistance. The Chamber's Ambassador committee has partnered with our Workforce Development Center to collect canned and dry goods at our Contact Breakfast. Your donations are greatly appreciated.\n\n\n\nThe Hudson Valley Young Professionals will also have a collection box available for donations of new\, unwrapped toys as part of its ongoing Toy Drive sponsored by Foam and Wash and Guardian Self Storage. Gifts this year will benefit children and teens receiving services through The Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse.
