Hicks is responsible for transforming the County's economic development program including the creation of the Think Dutchess Alliance for Business. He oversees the Dutchess County Economic Development Advisory Council and represents the County on the Mid-Hudson Regional Economic Development Council. \n\n\n\nFeatured Nonprofits - Sparrow's Nest & Grace Smith House\n\n\n\nThe Chamber is following the updated CDC guidelines recommending everyone wear masks in public indoor areas.
