DESCRIPTION:Lucky Orphans Horse Rescue offers seven\, week-long sessions beginning June 29th through August 14th - come for one week or come for all! Camp is a great experience for children ages 5+ of all riding levels. Campers learn everything from how to properly feed a horse a carrot to different styles of riding. Throughout the week we do a variety of activities such as trail riding\, mounted games\, and arts and crafts - all the while learning the proper way to care for horses. Campers ride twice a day for full day camp and once a day for half day. Camp is a great chance to learn about horses\, have fun & make great new friends! All of our horses have been rescued and rehabilitated from various situations\, and enjoy the security of a life-long home at Lucky Orphans Horse Rescue.
