The seminar will be hosted by John Jeffreys\, ChHC®\, RHU®\, Healthcare Reform Specialist at Ulster Insurance Services\, Inc.\, a subsidiary of Ulster Savings Bank. \n\nThe seminar\, which targets area businesses with 50 or more employees\, will review a number of common healthcare reform questions faced by businesses\, including:\n\n•	Who is covered by the definition of ''full-time employee''?\n•	Measurement\, administrative and stability periods – what do they mean?\n•	Are your benefits considered ''affordable'' to your employees?\n•	What are the ''essential health benefits''?\n•	Should you continue to offer health insurance?\n•	What penalties should you anticipate\, if any?\n\nA continental breakfast will be served at 8:30am.
