SUMMARY:Volunteer Registration - St. Patrick's Parade Fun Run
DESCRIPTION:Volunteers are needed to help support the 1st Annual Fun Run on March 2 in cooperation with the Dutchess County St. Patrick's Parade Committee and the Village of Wappingers Falls.  Volunteers will help with registration\, information\, route safety\, course support and post-run hospitality tent.\n\n\n\nThe Fun Run will be a festive\, fast and family run immediately before the 24th Annual Dutchess County Saint Patrick's Parade in the Village of Wappingers Falls. Help us award our prizes at the end of the race!\n\n\n\nThe Fun Run will follow the full parade route and cover a short\, but hilly 1.4 mile route through the crowd lined streets of the Village.  If you have never been to the parade\, it features great pipe and drum bands\, floats\, music and much more!\n\n\n\nThis event is organized by the Health & Wellness Committee of the DC Regional Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Fleet Feet of Poughkeepsie\, DC Tourism and is sponsored by Health Quest. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Dutchess County St. Patrick's Parade Committee Scholarship Fund and The Chamber Foundation\, Inc.
