DESCRIPTION:Explore contemporary art and creative collaboration at Camp Wassaic! For students entering grades 6-9* This week-long immersive camp will culminate with a public performance at our SUMMER FESTIVAL (Aug 4) and we have the opportunity to collaborate with the Woodstock Artists Association and Museum. Youth will experiment with a variety of creative processes and ideas and collaborate with Wassaic Artists in Residence on a performance of their creation. Participants will build artistic\, creative problem-solving\, and design-thinking skills. The camp costs $150 Webutuck School District residents and $300 for non-residents. *Parents of interested 4th or 5th graders should also get in touch. We may add a younger age bracket\, depending on demand. * If any of our programs present a significant financial hardship\, reach out to tara@wassaicproject.org and we'll work something out.
