Tickets for the event are $85 for single guest and $450 for table of 6 plus one waiter.
Payment in advance is required in order to expedite the check-in process. Cancellations less than 72-hours from the event and no-shows will be charged the full ticket price.
Description
Guests with paid registrations for postponed events will be automatically registered for the re-scheduled event, and notified of the new date and time, along with specific instructions regarding refunds.

Proceeds benefit the Cosimo DiBrizzi Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship, established by the family of Cosimo DiBrizzi, the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce and The Chamber Foundation, was created to honor the memory of this well respected restaurateur and friend to many in the Hudson Valley. The Cosimo DiBrizzi Scholarship is available to any resident of the Hudson Valley who is pursuing a career in the Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America.
