The Chamber Foundation, in partnership with the Women’s Leadership Alliance, is proud to welcome Carolyn Everson, Vice President of Global Marketing Solutions at Facebook as the keynote speaker at the ATHENA Leadership Luncheon. The ATHENA Model identifies eight distinct attributes that are reflective of women’s contributions to leadership: Authentic Self, Relationships, Giving Back, Collaboration, Courageous Acts, Learning, Fierce Advocacy, Celebration and Joy. These personal traits that are more intuitive to women, combined with the strongest aspects of traditional leadership - taking risks, assertiveness, hard work, prepare women and men to be successful leaders. Learn about Carolyn’s rise through the corporate world as a female executive and be inspired as she challenges all of us, both women and men, to take on the characteristics of an ATHENA leader and use them in our everyday lives.
