The main attraction is a delicious pig stuffed with pork shoulder and rubbed with Moody's seasoning rub and Crown Maple sugar. Sides include Crown Maple baked beans, coleslaw, green salad with maple balsamic vinaigrette, Crown Maple potato salad, fresh fruit and freshly baked rolls.
