Join us for a Falls Prevention event sponsored by the Northern Dutchess Hospital Wellness Center, Physical Medicine department and the Center for Healthy Aging. Come and have your balance assessed! Learn tips and skills for improving your balance and preventing falls. Presenters include Dr. Jodi Friedman Medical Director of the Center for Healthy Aging, and Jill Taylor PT, Geriatric Clinical Specialist.
