Gold's Gym Duathlon

Description

Gold's Gym Duathlon (Run, Bike, Run), Sunday, October 5, 2014. Race at 8AM, Registration begins at 7AM. Gold's Gym LaGrange. Proceeds to benefit Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation. $35 Individual Pre-Registration, $45 day of. $60 Team Pre-Registration, $80 day of. This duathlon event will be based at Gold's Gym LaGrange and will utilize local roads and the Dutchess County Rail Trail which is conveniently located right next to the facility. The event consists of a 2-mile run, 10-mile bike ride, and a 2-mile run. Participants can sign up for a relay or compete in the full event as an individual. The day promises to be a rewarding fun-filled experience with all proceeds benefiting the Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation.
