The Health & Beauty Expo will be the the first of its kind here in the Hudson Valley. It is holistic in nature and will be a fun and enlightening event dedicated to "Embracing a Healthier You!" Packed with loads of vendors, speakers, performers and door prizes, it will be a show within a show. Learn about healthier foods to eat, different forms of exercise, maintaining a positive mindset and using healthier products in your home, environment and in your beauty regimen. Come join us on Sunday, April 27, 2014 from 11:00am to 5:00pm at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center in Poughkeepsie, NY and "Walk the Red Carpet to a Healthier Lifestyle." Celebrate your health and wellness each day by making it your own red carpet event! A percentage of net proceeds will be donated to both Lupus and Fibromyalgia charities.
