This is a beginner's running program. The program starts on September 16 and takes place weekly through November 18.
Learn To Run is limited to 50 Participants.

LEARN TO RUN
Over the course of 10 weeks, participants in the Learn to Run group will progress from non-runners to being able to run for 20 minutes without stopping. Most of the new runners will then complete their first 5K race in November.
The Learn to Run sessions take place from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays at the Hudson Valley Rail Trail. Sessions run from September 16 to November 18.
PLEASE NOTE: The program is limited to 50 participants; only those who have registered can take part – no exceptions!
