The 2nd Annual "Library Lovers" Creative Cupcake Contest will be held on Wednesday, February 18th at 5pm. Open to adults and teens. Bring 1 dozen of your MOST ORIGINAL, MOST CREATIVE, BEST DECORATED cupcakes! Our judges will choose winners based on TASTE, CREATIVITY AND ORIGINALITY! Not a baker?
