Our farm is located just off of I-84 in the town of East Fishkill, New York. We are an hour and a half north of New York City, and 20 minutes south of Poughkeepsie by car. Take I-84 West from the Taconic Parkway, or East from Beacon/Newburgh, to exit 15/Lime Kiln Road. Left off exit ramp onto Lime Kiln Road South. Proceed less than a mile to stop sign, make a right onto East Hook Cross Road and our farm entrance is on the right less than a mile ahead.
Description
We're celebrating Memorial Day and also the 8th anniversary of the commitment of the new generation of the Morgenthau family to sustainable farming and the permanent protection of our farmland. Robin will be giving tractor wagon rides. The grill will be smoking hot with Rohan's specialty Jamaican jerk chicken, along with grass-fed burgers and hot dogs. Children can paint watercolor pictures of the fruits and vegetables we have available on the farm. The Crossroads Band will be performing. Their music has been featured on the primetime TV shows, "Castle" and "The Mentalist" and also in the movie "The Guilt Trip".
