Mergers: The Nuts & Bolts of Combining Two Organizations

Dedicated to strengthening local nonprofits, Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley invites all to join a free seminar designed to help nonprofits explore ways to strengthen sustainability, expand impact and better serve their communities. Presenters Heath Bloch, Founder of Ingenuity International, Inc., Nichole Fenichel-Hewitt, Executive Director at The Art Effect and George C. Whipple III, member of the Firm of Epstein Becker Green, will work together to prepare nonprofit executive directors, chief financial officers, and board members for the process of corporate mergers for New York State nonprofit entities as part of the ongoing series of capacity-building trainings designed to strengthen local nonprofits through practical skill development, peer learning, and access to expert resources. These sessions help organizations grow more resilient, sustainable, and effective in serving their communities.
