Description
Paint & Plant is a Family Friendly Creative Wellness experience that promotes mindfulness, creativity, and enhances your overall well-being. During this experience participants will paint a 4" terracotta pot, unguided. They will then experience a guided breathing meditation while the paint dries, followed up with intentional planting of medicinal herb seeds. This will symbolize growth, renewal, and mindfulness. Care cards will be provided.
