Presented by Filomena Fanelli and Kayla Hannemann, Impact PR & Communications
Location: Hyatt House Fishkill, 100 Westage Business Center Drive, Fishkill, NY 12524
Get ready to be seen and heard! Filomena Fanelli, CEO and founder, and Kayla Hannemann, senior account executive, both from Impact PR & Communications, a local PR and marketing communications agency, will share “Tools of the Trade: Proven Ways to Get Positive Publicity”. This hands-on presentation will focus on ways to harness the power of PR to highlight your small business, attract locals and tourists, and secure support or patronage for your organization. Attendees will walk away with best practices, concrete tips and templates to secure media placements, a better knowledge of local and regional events calendars, and key moments they can capitalize on to connect with clients or customers. Fanelli and Hannemann will also run through what news outlets expect, and how to best respond to media inquiries, in this engaging workshop. Bring your best questions to ask along the way, as well as during the Q&A session to follow.
