Do you often feel like you are being pulled in a million different directions and have no time for your own self-care? Take some time for YOU and join us at RVAC for a refresh. Saturday, April 29 3PM in the Village of Wappingers.
This day of wellness features a curated market showcasing local artisans and vendors offering unique products. Attendees can also participate in pop-up workshops to learn new skills and techniques to help refresh their minds and bodies.
