Description
The Business Institute offers entrepreneurs an excellent opportunity to learn how to develop a business plan, fine-tune a marketing campaign, use social media to grow the bottom line, and apply for financing.
This is a six week series of sessions. Registration & attendance at all six sessions is strongly suggested.
10/2 Session 1: Business plan basics, scope of the business & legal structure
10/9 Session 2: Marketing plan & competitive analysis
10/16 Session 3: Financial projections, cash flow & how to think about numbers
10/22 Session 4: Panel discussion on conventional and alternative ways to finance your business. Visit to the Think Local First Business Expo
10/30 Session 5: Access to resources and information & social media basics
11/6 Session 6: Sharing business concepts and plans
