A Sweet Arrival: Fruition Chocolate Works to Open at Eastdale Village in Poughkeepsie

Fruition Chocolate Works (Fruition), the region’s premier specialty chocolate maker, will bring its award-winning product to the east side of the Hudson River with a second location at Eastdale Village Town Center in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. The new location will offer an immersive experience for learning and tasting the world of high-quality chocolate, featuring confections crafted at its flagship Shokan, N.Y. store by master chocolatier and co-owner, Bryan Graham. The grand opening celebration will take place on February 1, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., welcoming locals and visitors across the Hudson Valley to taste, shop and learn.
 
“The second location marks a major milestone for Fruition,” said Dahlia Graham, co-owner of Fruition. “Eastdale Village is a vibrant live-work-play community, and we’re excited about being a part of it, offering a unique space where visitors can taste, learn and appreciate chocolate the way we do.”u
 
In addition to Fruition’s celebrated creations, the Eastdale location will feature hand-selected craft chocolates from around the world, highlighting other ethically sourced makers whose products complement Fruition’s own, alongside an espresso and hot chocolate bar. The shop will also offer locally made jams and syrups used to enhance Fruition chocolate, creating a curated experience for visitors.
 
Founded 14 years ago and operated today by husband-and-wife duo, Bryan and Dahlia Graham, Fruition has earned an international reputation for crafting high-quality, ethically sourced chocolate and goods that have been refined to perfection. Both the business and chocolatier, Bryan Graham, have received international recognition for its products, including multiple Gold Medals from the International Chocolate Awards, accolades from the Academy of Chocolate and honors from the Good Foods Awards. Graham has previously been named one of the Top 10 Dessert Professionals in America, a distinction reflecting his skills and dedication to the craft and testament to his education at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y.
