Healthy Kids Programs Launches 100% Employer-Paid Child Care Benefit for Part-Time and Full-Time Employees

Hudson Valley, NY — Healthy Kids Programs today announced a transformative new employee benefit: 100% Employer-Paid Child Care for both part-time and full-time team members during their scheduled work hours.

As employer-sponsored child care becomes one of the most sought-after benefits among working parents, Healthy Kids is taking a leadership position in the youth development field by directly addressing one of the greatest challenges families face — affordability and access.

This innovative benefit allows eligible employees to enroll their children in school-age or daycare/Early Learning programs operated by Healthy Kids — completely tuition-free during work hours. Programs include Before and After School, School’s Out days, Summer Camp, and Early Learning/daycare services.

No tuition. No complicated logistics. No added financial strain.
Just safe, engaging, high-quality care — right where parents work.

“Many of our team members are parents and caregivers themselves,” said Heather Lynn, spokesperson for Healthy Kids Programs. “By eliminating the cost of child care during work hours — for both part-time and full-time staff — we’re removing one of the biggest stressors working families experience.”

Reliable child care continues to be one of the top barriers to workforce participation and employee retention nationwide. By covering 100% of child care costs during work hours, Healthy Kids strengthens recruitment, improves retention, and reinforces a culture built on support and stability. When educators feel secure about their own families, they are better positioned to serve the children and communities who rely on them every day.

Founded in 2007, Healthy Kids Programs serves families in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southeast. A certified Benefit Corporation, the organization is dedicated to bringing high-quality, affordable child care to all families while balancing purpose and profit. Healthy Kids partners with school districts and communities to provide accessible programming that supports children’s academic, social, and emotional growth.
