Luisa Garnot Named Insurance Agency Operations Assistant

(Kingston, NY) Ulster Insurance Services (UIS), a subsidiary of Ulster Savings Bank, recently announced that Luisa Garnot was selected for the newly created role of Agency Operations Assistant supporting the Agency Operations Manager in defining, implementing, and managing essential business and personnel support processes for the agency. Ms. Garnot joined Ulster Savings Bank in May 2024 as a Personal Banker and began this new agency role on September 4, 2025.

Prior to joining Ulster Savings Bank, Ms. Garnot oversaw shipping logistics for a Brazilian import/export company and worked in a variety of customer-facing roles while completing her degree.
 
Ms. Garnot holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the Universidade Internacional UNINTER in Curitiba, Brazil.
