Description
This is a beginner's running program. The program starts on April 16th and takes place weekly, every Tuesday, through June 4th.
Learn To Run is limited to 60 Participants. Gather your co-workers, friends and family and register as a group for extra motivation!
John Nunez, PT, DPT of Feldman Physical Therapy will be our technical coach for the program. Dr. Nunez and his team members will provide expert advice at each program session, to help each runner successfully and safely learn and practice a safe running routine, including how to warm up, cool down, stretch and understand how to stay injury free.

LEARN TO RUN
Over the course of 8 weeks, participants in the Learn to Run group will progress from non-runners to being able to run for 15 minutes without stopping. This program is designed to assist and to encourage individuals interested in the sport of running to learn safe and effective running habits with the goal of gradually improving distance and pace.
PLEASE NOTE: The program is limited to 60 participants; only those who have registered can take part – no exceptions! The program welcomes persons of all ages. Parent or Guardian must sign waiver on behalf of minor child.
